Our core art program for kids allows young creatives to become well-rounded artists by shuffling projects across a variety of medium and subject matter. Students engage in One River School’s innovative curriculum inspired by contemporary artists that stimulates their imagination and helps them develop essential technical skills in a fun classroom environment.

DIGITAL ART SHUFFLE®: Kids (Grades 3-5)
Our Signature Digital Class for Kids brings a wide variety of tools, software and digital skills to the classroom. Students will learn the fundamentals of the Adobe Suite and Moho Pro to begin exploring ways to animate, design and paint using the XP Pen Tablet.
- Projects will shuffle through digital painting, design, illustration, and animation in a fun and engaging environment.
- Learn to use Adobe Suite, Sketchbook and industry standard animation program Moho Pro.
- Digital demonstrations will provide students with knowledge and guidance to discover a unique artistic voice to prepare for higher level classes.

ART FOCUS®: Manga & Cartooning (Grades 3-5)
Students will draw inspiration from the world's best Mangaka, Comic Books and Animation studios to develop their own artistic style. This class blends Eastern and Western techniques and concepts to build fundamental skills in proportion, exaggeration, texture, and composition. Students can expect to explore a variety of different media.
- Compelling projects explore the building blocks of character development and storytelling.
- Teacher-led demonstrations provide students with knowledge and guidance in the use of a variety of materials.
- Discover a unique artistic voice to prepare for higher level classes.

Designed for students who love working with their hands and are fascinated with the magic of tinkering, creating, building, combining and reusing materials. Students will master the elements and principles of art and design through fun and tactile projects.
- Compelling projects explore clay, wax, plaster, found objects, collage, mixed media and more
- Teacher led demonstrations provide technical instruction and hands on guidance in the use and assemblage of new materials
- Students have creative freedom within each project to develop artworks that embrace their personal interests
