Looking to grow your art skills or reconnect with your creative side? This guided, curriculum-based class is the perfect place to start. Each month long project is designed to help you explore materials, learn essential techniques, and build confidence—step by step

Explore your own artistic vision in our guided open studio class. Work independently on projects in the medium of your choice—drawing, painting, mixed media, and more—with support from artist mentors who help you refine your techniques, build confidence, and grow your creative voice.

ART SHUFFLE®: Teens (Grades 6-12)
Our core teen art program allows students to become well-rounded artists by shuffling projects across a variety of media and subject matter. One River School’s innovative curriculum inspired by contemporary artists stimulates their imagination and helps them develop essential skills in a fun classroom environment.

Our core digital program brings fine art and technology together by providing students with the tools, software, and inspiration to make art on a virtual canvas. Students will learn how to use the Adobe Creative Suite and industry standard animation program Moho Pro allowing them to become well-rounded digital artists.

- Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Moho Pro while using XP Pen Tablet technology

Our Signature Digital Class for Kids brings a wide variety of tools, software and digital skills to the classroom. Students will learn the fundamentals of the Adobe Suite and Moho Pro to begin exploring ways to animate, design and paint using the XP Pen Tablet.
- Projects will shuffle through digital painting, design, illustration, and animation in a fun and engaging environment.
- Learn to use Adobe Suite, Sketchbook and industry standard animation program Moho Pro.
- Digital demonstrations will provide students with knowledge and guidance to discover a unique artistic voice to prepare for higher level classes.
